- No configuration needed: EarlyWatch Alert already collects weekly telemetry, and milestones are automatically recalculated twice per week across all connected Private Cloud landscapes.
- Six milestones track the implementation: M1 (landscape initialized), M2 (SPRO on DEV/TEST), M3 (PFCG), M4 (≥1,000 transports/week), M5 (user spike adaptive), and M6 (steady usage with transport and user-decline checks).
- M6 is a living indicator re-evaluated weekly: it checks whether any transport activity occurred in the last six months and whether active users decline significantly after go-live, surfacing early adoption risks.
